I don't agree Robin. At least from my vantage point-- not everyone does have their heart broken like this. You are going through an agony that not *everyone* goes through in a lifetime. We see that you are in a deep mourn-full pain. Joe is the love of your life. Not everyone ever even finds that in a lifetime (my belief is that very few do), let alone goes through what you are having to endure now. I'm so grieving for you and I am so sad (and mad) that you have to be experiencing this. I wish we could all buffer and protect you from this, but we can't. Your pain is so real and raw. I am thinking of you every day-- multiple times a day. Just tonight I couldn't stop thinking about you my entire drive home from work. My mind was just stuck on you and your experience. My spirit goes out to you tonight. From Pennsylvania to New Hampshire, for Robin tonight. Hold tight - you will make it through this.
Lots of love,
hbj

Heather's right. There's heartbroken and then there's HEARTBROKEN. I'll never hear or see the word and feel the same way about it as I once did.

Maybe that's true, that we all get our heart broken, but not everyone get's their heartbroken in the same way, and it doesn't in one way dimish the pain that you are feeling. You know I am here reading and my thoughts are always with you. *hugs*

I could not agree with Heather more, Robin you truly were lucky to have the love that you did. We are all so sorry that you are in so much pain, pain we can only imagine. Continue to know that I think of you often and am always a just a few feet away for you.

It is better to have loved than never ever knowing the kind of love that Joe shared with you. Hang onto the preciouse memories that he has left you with. Be thankful that he has left you with two beautiful children who has a part of him in them. I am truly sorry for the pain that this has caused us all to hurt beyond words could ever express. Know that you are all Loved dearly and thought of dailey. Yes we must all go on the way that Joe would want it to be. Family first.......That is what Joe was all about......Joe loved with all of his heart and soul, He loved you Robin, Loved his children, Loved His siblings like no others that I have seened, and Loved His parents unconditionally...What an honor to have had him in all of our lives...
